With many tech conferences being held all year round, we picked the most noteworthy events that will be held across six Southeast Asian countries. Here’s a sneak peek of what to expect from them and how much they charge for tickets.

With Indonesia being a hotbed for e-commerce—two of its four unicorns are digital marketplaces—it’s no surprise that it hosts conferences focused on the industry. e2eCommerce features talks, exhibitors, and activities all focused on e-commerce as well as related industries such as fintech and marketing.

Tech in Asia Conference

With Indonesia having the largest digital audience in Southeast Asia, the Tech in Asia Conference promises a deep look into the Indonesian market with its comprehensive talks and exhibit. Tech in Asia used to hold a series of conferences in Indonesia, Singapore, and Tokyo, but recently decided to merge them into one event.

Dubbed as “Penang’s largest tech conference,” deTECH brings together stakeholders from in and out of Malaysia to discuss relevant tech trends and how they impact the Malaysian market. On top of its various keynote talks, deTECH also has master classes to immerse participants in the latest disruptive technology.

Wild Digital Southeast Asia

Organized by the same group that built iflix and Ensogo, Wild Digital brings together key executives and entrepreneurs across Asia-Pacific to discuss the future of Asia’s tech startups. Interested teams who won’t be able to make it to the Malaysia conference can also attend one of Wild Digital’s smaller networking events in other Southeast Asian countries.

Touted as “the largest gathering for the digital industry in the Philippines,” DigiCon brings together tech companies of all sizes to discuss the future of technology in the Philippines. As it is put together by the Internet and Mobile Marketing Association of the Philippines, the conference puts a spotlight on digital marketing and how it evolves in the Philippine context.

With a technology-focused media title, a digital marketing firm, and a startup incubator as its main organizers, Ignite promises a comprehensive look into the Philippine startup ecosystem. On top of its various talks and sessions, its second day features a startup pitching competition as well as a business matching event.

If one conference isn’t enough, ConnecTechAsia holds three simultaneous events that each focus on a specific industry: ICT, broadcasting, and disruptive solutions. With Singapore being a hub for large corporates and small startups alike, it’s no surprise that it’s a host to various tech conferences. One of the biggest is Echelon, organized by tech-focused media website e27. Singapore FinTech Festival

If your business deals with financial technology and other related fields, then there’s a good chance that you’ve already heard of this event. Dubbed as the largest fintech festival in the world, this week-long event features various talks, exhibitors, and activities all dedicated to the global finfech industry.

Organized by the country’s National Startup Committee, Startup Thailand is a week-long event that brings together startups and experts from all over the world. Its talks and exhibits focus on deep technology, marketing technology, and government technology.

Aside from its talks and exhibitors from all around the world, the Techsauce Global Summit also provides free workshops about various technology topics to its participants. Techsauce also promises that the summit experience will go “beyond tech” as it will also feature representatives from music, fashion, film, and other industries.
